Riesling (Barossa)
Perfect with freshly shucked oysters and shell fish. Delicious with fish and chips, and Thai style crispy chicken.
Riesling (Eden Valley)
The perfect accompaniment for freshly shucked oysters, seared scallops, grilled whiting, prawns and it goes without saying, yabbies!
Chenin Blanc (Barossa)
At its best, Chenin Blanc has delicious aromatic fruit characters and a wonderfully clean, steely acid. It is a very refreshing white wine style and perfect for lazy summer sipping. Well made, from low production vineyards, Chenin Blanc, like great Riesling is capable of developing superbly in the bottle over many years.
Semillon (Barossa)
As Peter Lehmann says, "Our style of Barossa Semillon sits beautifully between the freshness of Riesling and the greater weight of Chardonnay. It is a very exciting Australian white wine."
Shiraz (Barossa)
Shiraz has had a long and glorious history in the Barossa where it has flourished uninterrupted since the 1840's. The Barossa blessedly escaped the scourge of phylloxera, and consequently many of the vineyards remain planted on their own roots, direct descendants of cuttings brought to Australia in the early 1800's from Hermitage in the Rhone Valley. This makes the Barossa the envy of the wine world.
Grenache (Barossa)
Bright ruby cherry red in colour and a bouquet of spicy wild morello cherry aromas and brambly fruits. The palate is deliciously fresh lively fruit bursting with wild cherry and summer berry flavours, finishing with zippy, spicy, clean acidity
Weighbridge Chardonnay (Riverland & Barrosa)
Soft fruit giving a generous middle palate, balanced by a delightfully crisp acidity and finishing long with lingering peach flavours
Clancy's (Barossa)
Clancy's blend is a firm favourite with lovers of red wine. Peter Lehmann winemakers follow the long Australian tradition of blending Shiraz with Cabernet Sauvignon, but giving their unique touch with the incorporation of Merlot to give a soft, approachable and richly enjoyable red wine
Weighbridge Shiraz (Riverland & Barrosa)
Beautifully soft, fruit driven wine showing typical shiraz richness reined in by the soft tannin finish
Stonewell (Barossa)
This tradition has continued and each vintage the best Shiraz from our legacy of growers' Barossa vineyards is chosen to create Stonewell. Usually no more than a dozen small, old vineyards are selected each year, the oldest planted in 1885. The berries are small and sparse with crops typically less than 1.5 tons per acre.
Grenache Rosé
A wonderfully attractive rose petal pink with vibrant purple hues. Abundant aromas of fresh raspberries, cherries and cranberry. The palate shows and excellent balance of fruit flavour and mouth feel with delicacy and freshness. Having this vibrant flavoursome palate with a tight dry finish
Chardonnay Reserve
The juice was then fermented and aged in French oak casks for 7 months prior to selecting the superior barrels to be blended
Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
The wines are tightly structured, with firm tannins and good length of flavour and will continue to bottle mature for years to come.

Marsanne
Light straw-green, with aromas of honey, melon & spice, this wine has a long harmonious palate, with a gold-plated guarantee to develop honeysuckle and gentle toast as it ages over the next 10 plus years
Cabernet Sauvignon
Minty, capsicum notes with bright & intense berry fruits and all underpinned by a supportive web of fine grained tannins suggesting a lengthy cellaring potential.
Shiraz
Superbly concentrated spice, blackberry fruits and anise/plum overtones of the Shiraz from this year.
Margaretes Shiraz
A fruit driven style; full bodied with rich dark chocolate/berry/spice flavours. This red at present is very “youthful”, rich and flavoursome. It will certainly benefit from further bottle ageing, say 8-10 years to peak.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Full bodied and displaying chocolate and eucalypt flavours. Soft, rich with firm yet fine tannin structure. This wine will bottle age very well for at least 10-12 years.
